6) Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If order returns due to wrong address or nobody receiving it:
Reshipping cost must be paid by customer
Refund (if requested) will be issued after deducting shipping charges

If your product arrived damaged or wrong item delivered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video
We will provide free replacement or refund as per our Return Policy
