How do I cancel an order on magicalmg.com?
You can easily cancel your order either with in 24 Hours of placing the order Or Before it is shipped
For outright cancellations by you :
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount paid for order within 24 hours to 7 working days, depending upon the payments methods and their processing time period.
How do I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
You can not cancel an order after it has been shipped But you can return the item back to us after you receive the item in the same condition in which you have received it without opening the original packaging of the product.
Your product will be checked for the following conditions after received to us:
- In such case the return shipping fee will be paid by customer only.
- The product should be unused and unwashed. It should not have any stains
- The product should be undamaged. It should not have any scratches, dents, tears or holes
- The packaging should also be undamaged.
- It should be a complete product with box, freebies and combos
- For any product for which the refund has to be processed will only be done after the returned product has been received by us from the customer.
- In specific situations where the manufacturer can’t process a trade in any capacity whatsoever, the return will be given in a similar way the payment was made

- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of order except in cases of disputes which may take its own course.
- Refund Will Be Credit to Store credit and customer can use it on next purchase.
