INTRODUCTION
NUFORCE 200MG contains Fluconazole belongs to a group of medicines called antifungals. It is used to treat the infections caused by fungi and soothes irritated skin and relieves the fungal itch. It works by stopping fungi and yeasts from producing a substance called ergosterol, which is an essential component of their cell membranes. This causes holes to appear in cell membranes, which allows essential constituents of the fungal or yeast cells to leak out.
Always take this medicine as directed by physician. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of therapy depending upon your age, weight and condition. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. It is recommended for the use in children and adolescents as advised by a doctor. Do not take NUFORCE 200MG if you have abnormal levels of potassium, calcium or magnesium in your blood. It should be used with caution in the pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine. Tell your doctor, if you are taking or taken or might take any other medicines. The most common side effects include headache, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, feeling sick, vomiting, increases in blood tests of liver function and rash.

HOW NUFORCE 200MG WORKS

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Always take NUFORCE 200MG exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the medicine whole with plenty of water. If you take more this medicine than you should, talk to your doctor. The signs of overdose can include hearing, seeing, feeling and thinking things that are not real (hallucination and paranoid behaviour).

Sudden wheezing
Difficulty in breathing or tightness in chest
Swelling of eyelids, face or lips
Itching, reddening of the skin or itchy red spots
Skin reactions such as rash that causes the blistering

HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS
Skin itching:
Avoid bath in hot water because hot water can irritate the skin. Moisturizers can be used regular basis to soothe and hydrate the affected area.
Nausea and vomiting:
Keep try taking this medicine with, or just after, a meal or snack and stick to simple meals and do not eat rich or spicy food.
Diarrhea:
Drink lot of fluid, such as water or squash, to avoid dehydration. Do not take any other medicine without consulting your doctor.

DRIVING AND USING MACHINES
Do not drive or operate any machinery while taking this medicine, it may make you feel dizziness.
ALCOHOL
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with NUFORCE 200MG.
KIDNEY
NUFORCE 200MG should be taken with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Consult your doctor for advice.
LIVER
NUFORCE 200MG should be taken with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Consult your doctor for advice.
ALLERGY
Do not take if you are allergic to this medicine.
HEART DISEASE
NUFORCE 200MG should be taken with caution in patients with severe heart disease. Consult your doctor for advice.
OTHERS
Do not take NUFORCE 200MG if you:
Have abnormal levels of potassium, calcium or magnesium in your blood
INTERACTIONS
Talk to your doctor if you are taking:
Terfenadine or astemizole (an antihistamine for allergies)
Cisapride (used for stomach upsets)
Quinidine (used for treating heart arrhythmia)
Pimozide (for treating a mental disorder (Schizophrenia)
Erythromycin (an antibiotic for treating infections)
