INTRODUCTION
ITROSTRED DUSTING POWDER contains Itraconazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifungal agents. It is used to treat fungal infections such as tinea corporis (ring worm of the body), tinea cruris (fungal infection in the skin of the genitals, inner thighs and buttocks), tinea pedis (fungal infection that usually begins between the toes), tinea versicolor (fungal infection that causes small, discoloured skin patches) and onychomycosis (nail infection) in affected individuals. It is also used to sooth irritated skin and provide relief from fungal itch in affected individuals.
ITROSTRED DUSTING POWDER is not recommended for use in patients who are allergic to itraconazole. ITROSTRED DUSTING POWDER is not recommended for use in pregnant women and it should be used with caution in breast-feeding women only if advised by the doctor.
The most common side effects associated with the use of ITROSTRED DUSTING POWDER are skin irritation, rashes, burning sensation, redness or itching at the application site. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsens.

ITROSTRED DUSTING POWDER works by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis (an organic compound responsible for maintaining cell membrane integrity of fungi cell) that leads to fungal cell membrane abnormalities (marked with increased permeability and disruption of fungi cell) thus causing destruction to the fungi cell and preventing the occurrence of fungal infections in affected individuals.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Use ITROSTRED DUSTING POWDER as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Clean and wipe to dry the affected area before applying the medicine. Sprinkle enough powder over the infected area. Avoid rubbing it and avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose and ears.
