It helps in the synthesis of collagen which is a fibrous protein that holds the skin cells together. Vitamin E helps to improves skin function to slow down aging.

Avena sativa (Oatmeal) possesses antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and is effective on a variety of dermatologic inflammatory diseases such as pruritus, atopic dermatiitis, acne form eruptions.
